Added by Aleal"Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" is a cheerful Disney song. The melody and lyrics, describing a perfect day and such cheerful concepts as Mr. Bluebird resting on one's shoulder, combined to net an Academy Award for Best Song. The tune has since become a staple Disney theme, much like "When You Wish Upon a Star," used in variations in Disney commercials, television openings, and at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, most notably in the Splash Mountain ride.
The sprightly anthem was performed by The Bun-Bun Brothers in The Muppet Show episode 420, a cute act interrupted by Alan Arkin (under the influence of Bunsen's Jekyll-and-Hyde potion).
