DEBUT 2017

Zeerak is an Afghan Muppet appearing on the Sesame Workshop co-production Baghch-e-Simsim, and the little brother of Zari.

Zeerak, whose name means "smart" and "talented" in Afghanistan's two languages Dari and Pashto, is described as an "energetic and eager 4-year-old," who looks up to his older sister, and aspires to go to school with her.

He made his debut in the sixth season of Baghch-e-Simsim, where he displays his love of learning to read, count, paint and playing games with Zari.
