Yves la Chance is a cat burglar, literally, in Dog City. The character was added for the show's third season, debuting in Episode 301: The New Litter, and appeared in recurring "Yves n' Steven" segments, alongside Steven. Yves attempts at daring robberies were inevitably foiled by Steven, often inadvertently.
