Workout in a Chair is a Sesame Street song performed by Celina while teaching her students and Big Bird how to workout while sitting in a chair. She demonstrates by having her students and Big Bird sit in rows of chairs, while she sits in a chair doing the exercises and has them do what she does.

The song has also been performed by Maria, while teaching Tarah, and Gabi some exercises in a 1996 episode.
