Wonder Showzen is a darkly comic and often X-rated takeoff on Sesame Street airing on MTV2.
Like Sesame Street, it mixes puppets with animation and short films, along with child actors.

Other than the fact that it is a takeoff on Sesame Street, Wonder Shozen has made references to other Muppet products. A doctor who bears close resemblance to Bunsen Honeydew only with eyes, sideburns and a mustache shows up frequently (first seen in the pilot episode), while in another episode, the puppet cast are seen as toddlers in animated form in a segment spoofing Muppet Babies.
