The Waterville Town Hall appears in Emmet Otter's Jug-band Christmas. The Town Hall, a prominent feature of Waterville, is a well known meeting place for town business and entertainment. A talent contest is held in the Town Hall each year, hosted by the mayor and judged by important residents of the area.
