Warren Wolf was a brown wolf reporter who once interviewed Dr. Nobel Price in a 1981 "Sesame Street News Flash" segment, substituting for Kermit the Frog. He was a Sesame Street parody of sports broadcaster Warner Wolf. He first appeared on Sesame Street in season 12.^[1]

His merchandise appearances include in the 1980 coloring book More Who's Who on Sesame Street, the 1982 coloring book City, the 1982 Sesame Street card game You're a Grouch! and the 1984 coloring book Trace & Color.
