Walter is a vampire from the Sesame Street soap opera parody All My Letters (EKA: Episode 2362).
Walter bursts into Vivian's house one day and scares Victor away. Vivian is afraid that this is the end of her, until Walter reveals that he's really a vegetable vampire, and the two of them share Vivian's vast variety of vegetables.
