"Walk Right Back" was originally recorded by the Everly Brothers in 1961, and was also a top 10 country hit for Anne Murray in 1978. The song was unfinished when Sonny Curtis gave it to The Everly Brothers, who simply repeated the existing first verse twice in their recording. Although Curtis eventually wrote a second verse, it is rarely used.
