"Wake Up!" is an upbeat Sesame Street song about waking up each one of your body parts. The song is a parody of the Bob Marley song "Get Up, Stand Up." The song was first performed by Lillian in Episode 2681.

In Episode 3153, Jamal and Angela sing the song to their baby, Kayla. Then in Episode 3553, Gina sang the song to arouse the kids from their nap at daycare.

The song was later remade with Ernie singing it to a sleep-deprived Bert. (First: Episode 4036)
