Vidal Spittoon

Vidal Spittoon is a grouch beautician, seen in a 1995 episode of Sesame Street. He runs the "Vidal Spittoon School of Grouch Beauty", which Grundgetta attends. He arrives on the street for her Grouch-Beautician test. He observes her work on Oscar, and screams five times (a perfect score) at the sight of him.
