VH1 Vogue Fashion Awards Ad: Miss Piggy.

VH1 is a basic cable channel that originally specialized in showcasing music videos. Starting in 1995, the network began developing original programming and has transitioned to a music and popular culture based format. It is owned by MTV Networks.

In 1993, Clifford appeared as a guest VJ on the network. Clifford introduced videos and interviewed Meshell Ndegeocello.

Several shows on VH1 have included appearances by and references to the Muppets, including The Greatest TV Moments: Sesame Street Music A-Z and I Love the 70s. Animal's "Wipe Out" music video was played on the network as well.

In 2002, Miss Piggy appeared in a commercial for the VH1 Vogue Fashion Awards, recalling her worst fashion moment:

  Hmm, I don't have many, you know, but I once made the mistake of wearing DKNY, CK and BCBG all at the same time... Sheesh, all those letters, I looked like a train wreck on Sesame Street.  

In 2009, Statler and Waldorf made appearances in VH1's deliberating six part special, The Great Debate.
