Added by MuppetVJ"Up and Down with Captain Brown" is an animated Sesame Street song. In voice-over, some kids sing about Captain Brown, who marches up and down a hill. But, when he stands in the middle of the hill, he is neither up or down.
The song is based on "The Grand Old Duke of York", an English children's nursery rhyme.
