An Undertaker appears in the 1992 film The Muppet Christmas Carol. A bird in well-worn formal clothes, the undertaker is one of the three scavengers, along with Mrs. Dilber and a Laundress, who take Ebenezer Scrooge's belongings to Old Joe.

The puppet was also used in the 1996 film Muppet Treasure Island as one of the pirates of the Hispaniola.
