Just like The Muppet Show, Muppets Tonight also featured sketches that were shown in countries besides the USA. They include the following:
- Polly Lobster and Clueless Morgan have jobs as bartenders. Each segment is seen through the eyes of Mr. Callaghan, who doesn't speak. In each segment, Mr. Callaghan enters the bar as Polly sings ""If ya want my body and ya think I'm sexy ..." then perks up and notices a change in Callaghan's appearance. Then he calls Clueless over to the scene, where he makes a few wisecracks about himself and his life. Polly, annoyed with Clueless's jokes, tells him to sing a song, which is interrupted in a different way each time (possibly similar to Wayne and Wanda?)
- Swift Wits: a game show in which all the contestants get the answers wrong, thus sealing the fate of a cute furry animal, which is immediately consumed by Carl the Big Mean Bunny
- Fairyland PD: Clifford and Bobo are detectives solving nursery rhyme cases.
- The Tubmans of Porksmith - follows the life and times of Howard Tubman, an obese food-loving pig, and his butler, Carter.
