U-Pick Live was a programming block that aired on Nickelodeon from 2002 to 2005, which allowed viewers to pick shows, and featured various skits and gags.
At the conclusion of the block's 401st and final installment on May 27, 2005, a reel of celebrities congratulating U-PIck Live on its 401st show is played over the credits. Oscar the Grouch and Caroll Spinney appear in this montage. The reel continues to play past the credit's conclusion and as the show was ending. As the show ends, audio of Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy introducing themselves is played but was, however, abruptly cut off by the program's conclusion. (YouTube)
