Tzachi is a Jewish handyman who lives on Sippuray Sumsum. Tzachi is a dreamy inventor who owns a workshop with his two young assistants, Noah and Brosh.
Tzachi is friends with Ibtisam, an Arab art student who lives next door. Tzachi and Ibtisam teach Noah and Brosh important life lessons by telling them stories.[1]
Tzachi moved to Rechov Sumsum when the series relaunched in 2006.[2]
