Tyrone was one of the contestants of the tongue-twister contest who appears in a 1998 episode of Sesame Street where he was contested in a tongue-twister contest by The Grand High Triangle Lover. In that same episode, it was revealed that he lives on 110th Street. Tyrone was one of the few Sesame Street characters to be made from the Magenta Anything Muppet pattern.
