Tula is a character from The Hoobs.

Tula, Iver and Groove are Hoob explorers. They travel around the world in their Hoobmobile, looking for info for their Hoobopaedia by talking to the Tiddlypeeps (children).

Tula is the girl on board. She is sympathetic, caring and enthusiastic, though she's sometimes a little tiring to have around. Tula is very creative and loves crafts.
