"Tuktuki's Journey" is a recurring segment on Sisimpur. Each segment has Tuktuki visiting a place in Bangladesh and learn about the different activities there. She asks questions, interacting with the children, and trying out the activities.

The segment is similar in format to "Murray Has a Little Lamb" (in the American Sesame Street) and The Misadventures of Grover and Toto (in India).
