Tramp is one of the bar and grill patrons in Dog City. Tramp is shown sharing a pasta meal with a cocker spaniel, and is an obvious spoof of the Disney animated film Lady and the Tramp.

The puppet was reused in other roles on the series version of Dog City, and in other Henson productions.
