Topo Sticky is a popsicle-stick puppet used by Pepe the King Prawn in a ventriloquist act seen on Muppets.com. Topo Sticky was made from the stick of a fudge cream popsicle and is played by Duke Remington.

The design is very similar to Paul Christie's character Stick Stickly.
