The legendary Tooth Tower was built fifty years before the time that Fraggle Rock takes place. Built by Doozers, the building was made of material so sweet, it drove Fraggles wild.

In "The Secret of Convincing John", Convincing John offers Wembley Fraggle either a portion of mossmelon or a piece of the Tooth Tower, but Wembley is unable to decide which he wants.
