Song.ToMorrow
Written by Lew Sully
Date 1898

"I Want to Go to Morrow," also called "To Morrow," is a novelty song written by Lew Sully and recorded by Dan W. Quinn in 1902. It was later adapted and recorded by Bob Gibson, and further popularized by the Kingston Trio.

The song, which plays on confusion between "to Morrow" and "tomorrow," tells of a traveler who wants to go to Morrow, a town in Ohio, and return tomorrow. The traveler is told that he has missed the train he wants and will have to stay in town for the night. A sample lyric is "You should have gone to Morrow yesterday and back today, for the train that goes to Morrow is a mile upon its way."

The Country Trio, featuring Jim as the traveler and Jerry as the ticket clerk, sing the song as the UK Spot on episode 105 of The Muppet Show.
