Tom Leigh is a long-time illustrator of Sesame Street and Muppet books, beginning in 1980. He continues to work on Sesame books; his latest, Starry Sky Songs, was published in 2010.

Leigh was also a regular contributor to Sesame Street Magazine for many years, drawing the majority of the covers from 1991 to 2000.
