Tom Kenny (b. 1962) is an actor, comedian, and voice artist best known as the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants. For the Jim Henson Company, Kenny voiced Dr. Wolfowitz and the Musical Comedy Wolf in the Unstable Fables DVD 3 Pigs and a Baby.
Kenny's other voice credits include CatDog (as Dog), Rocko's Modern Life (as Heffer), The Powerpuff Girls (as the mayor and narrator), The Batman (as the Penguin), Futurama, and two guest spots on Crank Yankers.
On-camera work includes the HBO television series Mr. Show with Bob and David, the sitcom Just Shoot Me! (recurring as Persky in six episodes), and the film Shakes the Clown (as the evil, drug-addicted clown Binky).
