Tigger was created by author A. A. Milne in 1928 but rose to international recognition with the release of the Disney animated films in the 1960s.
Tigger, along with Winnie the Pooh, appeared with the Muppet Babies in the 1990 animated television special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.
In the 2001 TV show The Book of Pooh, Tigger was performed by Tyler Bunch (Treelo, Bear in the Big Blue House), to a vocal track by Jim Cummings, whom has been Tigger's voice actor since 1990.
