Tickle Baby Elmo is a 2010 Sesame Street toy that adapts the popular Tickle Me Elmo toy in baby form. When Baby Elmo is tickled on his tummy or feet, he giggles and says a phrase. When he's tickled three times in a row, he loses control and giggles hysterically.
