The song promotes the three primary colors, red, yellow and blue, and when mixed together, they can make many more colors.
As for most OK Go songs and music videos, Damian Kulash sings the main vocals. Tim Nordwind lip-syncs to his vocals while the rest of the band portrays the colors (Nordwind playing the product of their mixtures).
