Three Blind Mice

Three Blind Mice is an English nursery rhyme, sometimes set to music (as a round song). First published in 1609 the origins of the rhyme are unclear, but it has re-published countless times, and continues to be referenced. Agatha Christie uses the rhyme as a central point of her play Mousetrap, and The Three Stooges borrow from the song for their theme music.

Performances

• Anything Muppets (deicing they'll be mice today, to help Gordon find a cat) sing a variant, "Four Blind Mice," where only the number is changed. (First: Episode 0009)

• "B is for Bubble" is set to the tune of "Three Blind Mice."

• Keola and some kids sing the song in an episode of Sesame Street.

• Kermit and chorus sing the song in the Sing Along with Kermit and Friends book-and-tape set Sing Me a Story.
