Hello. Just wanted to emphasize a few things. First, we have [[Muppet Wiki:Policies and Guidelines#Notability|guidelines on our Through the Years pages]] which I think you should read into. It's stated there that TTY pages are limited to significant design changes for major characters. Any more than three notable design changes, not counting costume and hair changes, can merit a page. With that said, a page like that for the Count just doesn't seem necessary, as his design (and costume) have been essentially the same for nearly four decades. The changes you had mentioned were only short vague details like skin tone and eye size, which isn't notable enough to merit a separate page anyway. |
