I know I have a copy of the Dyan Cannon episode somewhere, and I think Lola Falana (the Chicago Museum of Broadcasting has a streaming version up). I'll add those to my to do list. (I'd still like to watch the Doug Henning and Carol Channing episodes, especially, which I've never seen at all. Darn DVD delays.)
If someone wants to write them and do up the table format working from YouTube or something, I can provide all the screenshots without watermarks. And write some of them myself of course, I just don't want to do them all.
