In this 1978 sketch, Kermit the Frog goes to a T-shirt shop, The Wonderful World of T-Shirts, to pick up another personalized "Kermit the Frog T-Shirt". The T-Shirt Salesman pulls out a shirt that reads Kermit the Gorf. Kermit thinks this is a mistake and gets upset, but then a customer named Kermit the Gorf comes in asking for his shirt. The T-Shirt Salesman continues to bring out T-Shirts with more "misspellings" of Kermit the Frog's name, which all end up belonging to other customers, continually frustrating Kermit. The salesman finally checks up on Kermit the Frog's order, and is told it will not be ready until Thursday.
