Kermit on Mickey's 50

The Wonderful World of Disney is a Walt Disney anthology television series that has been produced by The Walt Disney Company under several different titles since 1954. NBC began to show the series from 1969 to 1979.

On November 19th 1978, NBC aired an episode called Mickey's 50 to celebrate Mickey Mouse's 50th birthday. Kermit the Frog was one of many celebrities (including Mel Brooks, Dyan Cannon, Johnny Carson, Jodie Foster, Bob Hope, Burt Reynolds, Peter Sellers and Henry Winkler) who commented on and paid tribute to Mickey.
