Mr. Tubman will only receive his testament if he loses enough weight.

Carter brings in a doctor to take care of Tubman's eating addiction through hypnosis. Looking within Tubman's soul, he locates a hula dancer ("I'm the opening act") before finding the "thin Howard" within him, who is very hungry.
Concerned about his weight, Tubman asks Carter to hide his last jar of apple butter. He immediately wants it back, and has Carter to search the mansion for it.
Mr. Tubman uses a steam machine in order to lose weight, but with a better result than he thought...Mr. Tubman's body becomes very tiny.
