The Trevor Project is an American non-profit organization, focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth, that was founded in 1998. It operates "The Trevor Lifeline", a confidential, toll-free phone service that offers trained counselors.
The project also holds the fundraising event Trevor Live. On December 4, 2011, the event was held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California, attended by a large number of celebrities, among them surprise guest Miss Piggy.

Blige, Diego Boneta, Darren Criss, Miley Cyrus, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Barrett Foa, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Julianne Hough, Queen Latifah, LeAnn Rimes, and Glee's Amber Riley. Special awards honorees were Lady Gaga and Google.
