The Standard Rich and Famous Contract is the contract given to the Muppets by Lew Lord at the end of The Muppet Movie. Details of the contract are explained by Statler and Waldorf in The Muppets when Tex Richman buys the theater: The Muppets are allowed to buy back the theater if they can raise the $10 million dollars needed. Additionally, the contract gives Richman the rights to the Muppets names as well as the theater.

Copies of the contract were on display at the El Capitan Theatre in a recreation of Kermit's office and also at the ArcLight Cinema Sherman Oaks location.
