The Royal Gardener

The Royal Gardener tends to the grounds of the royal garden in the Mother Goose Stories episode "Dicky Birds". He told Peter and Paul to fly away and leave the garden, feeling that they were inferior to the other royal birds. When the princess discovered this, she sent the gardener to find the two birds and ask them to come back.
