The Royal Barber is the professional hair cutter and servant to the princess from the story, "The Princess Who Had Very Very Very Long Hair", in Sesame Street episode 3900. He speaks with a French accent. The Barber cuts the princess' very long hair, and makes it very short so she won't trip over it. Happy to have a short haircut and not tripping anymore, the princess gives the Royal Barber a hug and a kiss for helping her solve her problem.
