"The Power of Yet" is a Sesame Street song from the 45th season. Janelle Monáe performs the song, explaining how useful the word "yet" can be.
The segment also features appearances by Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover (and Super Grover), Big Bird, Bert, Abby, Zoe, Rosita, The Two-Headed Monster, Mando, Leela, Chris and the kids.
The song won a 2015 Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Original Song."
The song has been performed in various stage shows, including The Magic of Art (Sesame Place, 2016), Make Your Magic (Sesame Street Live, 2018), and Sesame Street Birthday Blowout Show (Universal Studios Singapore, 2019).
