The Patty Duke Show is a sitcom that aired on ABC from 1963 until 1966. The series starred Patty Duke as identical twin cousins Patty and Cathy Lane.

Muppets Tonight spoofed the comedy as "The Ratty Duke Show." Rizzo the Rat wears a cast jacket sporting the name of the series, depicting twin rats. Also in episode 203 in the segment, Tales from the Vet, Mulch plays the theme song of this show as the closing music.
