"The Opposite Song" is Little Chrissy's ode to antonyms and the difficulties they present in relationships, as when one person goes up and the other down, or when one is false while the other is true.

In the televised segment, he dances with a long-armed, long-haired woman who does the exact opposite of everything he does. Album releases of the song have an added backing female chorus that repeats the last words of Little Chrissy's lines.
