• November 18, 2009: During a roundtable discussion at the end of the show, one of the topics is "Are Bert and Ernie Gay?" Guests in the segment were Diablo Cody, Jim Norton, Adam Carolla and Meghan McCain. A clip of Ernie deciding to eat cookies in Bert's bed (EKA: Episode 0322) is shown. McCain suggests they should be married, Carolla says Bert is with Count von Count and Ernie is with Snuffleupagus, Cody doesn't care, instead complaining about Elmo's narcissism, while Norton suggests there's more serious issues, citing that Oscar still lives in a garbage can.
• February 12, 2010: Jimmy Fallon is interviewed from his stage via satellite for the 10@10 segment. When asked about secrets, he shows the Muppet Pipes that Jim Henson had painted several years ago while waiting in his dressing room.
