The Fraggles Over, Under, and Between is a Fraggle Rock storybook. Red Fraggle challenges Mokey to catch her if she can. Mokey does her best to chase Red, but eventually she cannot find her, but instead stumples across a large present, which she unwraps to find Red, Gobo, Wembly, and Boober inside.
