The Dictabird is a prehistoric audio recorder in The Flintstones. An elderly, fussy creature, the Dictabird is personal appliance to executive Fred Flinstone, and plays a key role in foiling the villains. At one point, placed in a danger zone, the bird gripes, "I should have worked for Disney. They'd never let anything like this happen."
