The Country Bears (built by the Jim Henson Creature Shop) performed a Live Concert at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California. The full concert was run before the premiere of the film, and a smaller version was performed before every showing of the film for a limited run.

The puppeteers operated the faces/sang by remote from the side of the stage, and the suit performers played instruments/danced to a pre-recorded track. Pyrotechnics and streamers covering the audience concluded each show.

The original cast performed for the premiere, while the suit performer stunt doubles completed the daily run.
