The Annual Woodland Valley Storytelling Festival is a celebration of storytelling held every year in Woodland Valley. In the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "What's the Story?", the festival was held at the Big Blue House.

Jeremiah Tortoise is the judge for the festival. He judges it every year, but is not very strict in his criteria. In fact, it's not a competition as such, as everyone wins.

The festival encompasses many forms of stories, from songs to biographical tales. It's a major cultural event, drawing pretty much every inhabitant in the valley.
