The Adventures of Prairie Dawn is a series of Sesame Street sketches that debuted in the early 90s and ran until Season 31. In the sketches, Prairie Dawn does a simple task, like turning off the television, while a breathless voiceover announcer (Marty Robinson) blows it out of proportion. Prairie is exasperated by the announcer's overblown opinion of her "adventures".

The theme music was composed by Dave Conner.
