"Thank Heaven for Little Girls," from the Lerner and Loewe film musical Gigi, is the opening and closing song, as sung by Maurice Chevalier. His co-star in the film, Hermione Gingold, sang a version of the song to Rowlf in a 1966 episode of The Mike Douglas Show. Her version of the song thanked Heaven for little dogs.
