Teresa is a woman who made a drastic change in careers. Originally, she sold clothes which she made by her own hand. Then one day, she decided to attend medical school to study surgery. Now, in addition to using a needle and thread to make clothes, she also sews people up as a surgeon.

Teresa tells her story in the Sesame Street song, "Women Can Be."
